Whether you are a reseller, voip integrator, store selling IP telephones or any other IT and telecommunications business, you can become a Hivoox reseller and offer our Voip offers to your customers. We provide you with an anonymous VOIP telephony platform, allowing you to manage offers and apply the rates and modifications of your choice. Thanks to this operator platform, you will be able to sell call minutes, telephone plans, virtual numbers, and a quality hosted switchboard. In our system, you buy our services and resell them to your white-label customers at your prices.

By becoming a Voip reseller, you will benefit from reduced rates for telephone numbers, call minutes and telephone plans. We will provide you with tutorials to help you with the configuration but can also do all the configuration necessary for the resale of our offers.

HOW IT WORKS?

After activating your anonymous Voip platform, you can configure the price of the offers and start billing your customers. The platform will allow you to create accounts, configure them, close them, block, suspend, configure call recording, switchboard, activate phone numbers, limit, or increase outgoing or incoming channels, etc.

Our web platform is anonymous and has 4 access levels for you and your customers.

The administrator interface

The administrator interface is a web portal that allows you to:

Create and manage phone lines for your customers.
Assign phone numbers and other services to the line.
Create and configure the virtual PBX service.
Automatically bill your clients for the services used.
Create and manage invoice templates.
Create and manage representatives.
Create and manage distributors.
Configure sales currencies.
Configure your sales rates for minutes, DID number and plans.
Configure the switchboard and conference calls.
Add external providers of DID and termination...

A distributor interface is also at your disposal, so that you can allow your distributors to manage their customers.

The Customer interface

Through the Customer interface, your users will have access to a web portal allowing them to manage their telephone line or virtual switchboard independently. This interface allows to:

Top up the credit automatically.
Pay and download invoices.
View active subscriptions and their expiration dates.
Configure the extensions of the telephone switchboard.
Configure call forwarding.
Configure opening hours.
Create menus for the switchboard.
Add or modify voicemail.
Add or edit the greeting.
Create waiting girl with music ...

Your customers will also have access to a sub-interface with the same characteristics for each of their users.

Financial conditions

The prices shown here are in euros, but you can convert them to see the value in your currency.

Monthly subscription: 50 Euros or equivalent in your currency.
Mandatory initial top-up: 100 Euros or equivalent in your currency.

The account balance does not have an expiration date and you can use it to purchase services or products on our website. You can also use your balance to pay for outgoing calls from your customers.

External service provider

Our voip platform also allows you to add an external call termination or DID number provider; we will integrate your external provider with the voip platform, so that you can use these services. In this case, we will charge you 30 euros to add an external provider and €0.004 per minute (billing per second) for outgoing and incoming calls from the external provider.

Technical support

If you do not have a technical support team, you can subscribe to our customer support option. With this service, your customers can open a support ticket through the anonymous platform and request help of any kind, and our support team will respond to tickets with your name. Your customers can ask for help with installing services, explaining invoices, configuring the virtual switchboard, configuring equipment, etc.

Special conditions of service

1- Hivoox will provide its services to the Reseller according to the terms mentioned in the page of each desired service.

2- The Reseller may add or modify services throughout the duration of the contract. He may also delete the services by informing Hivoox that he does not want to renew them after their end dates. Hivoox will be authorized to bill The Reseller for the addition, modification, or deletion of services before they expire.

3- The Reseller expressly accepts that no refund is possible for all or even part of the amount paid to top up his account or purchase services.

4- The Reseller will provide Hivoox with all information, documents, resources and other data, allowing Hivoox to correctly provide the services ordered by the Reseller. The Reseller will ensure that his team and partners are available and willing to fully cooperate with Hivoox so as not to cause delay. If required by Hivoox, The Reseller will provide the information requested. The Reseller understands that the delivery of the ordered services will be delayed until the Hivoox receive the required information.

5- The Reseller certifies not to act as an intermediary in the subscription of this service in order to transfer the services to a third person.

6- In the event that the sums owed by the Reseller to Hivoox are not paid on time, Hivoox may at its sole discretion suspend or terminate all of the Reseller's services and apply a recovery fee of 20 euros.

7- The Reseller is responsible for each telephone number of which he is the holder. The Reseller is particularly responsible for all incoming and outgoing traffic on its platform, even undesirable traffic. It is the Reseller's responsibility to monitor inbound and outbound traffic and to ensure that this is desirable traffic.

8- The Reseller undertakes not to use the Service for attempted telephone scams, abusive prospecting methods without prior consent or for any use that violates public order or good morals and to verify compliance and legality of use of the service in the country of receipt of the service.

9- In the event of illicit use, considered as abusive or not respecting these Conditions of Service, Hivoox reserves the right to suspend the Reseller's service. As far as possible but without being obliged to do so, Hivoox will warn it that the use of the Service is subject to non-compliant or manifestly abusive use.
